The BAUD (Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device) uses targeted sound frequencies to disrupt the neural patterns underlying anxiety, trauma, cravings, and emotional dysregulation.
The BAUD device produces two simultaneous tones with an adjustable beat frequency. When tuned to match the neural oscillation pattern underlying a specific emotional memory or trigger, the sound appears to disrupt the stability of that pattern — allowing the brain to process and release the associated emotional charge.
Clients actively engage with the process by recalling a trigger or distressing memory while the BAUD frequency is adjusted to match the emotional state. The effect is typically a rapid reduction in the intensity of the emotional response — often within minutes.
BAUD is used at NeuroBalance for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, emotional dysregulation, and cravings. It is frequently combined with neurofeedback and other modalities.
In many cases, BAUD achieves in a single session what months of talk therapy hasn't resolved.
